Turkish Airlines E-ticket Purchase Error
I'm unable to purchase electronic tickets from Turkish Airlines. For three days, I've been encountering a systemic error, with a message prompting to "try again later." No matter how many times I attempt, I can't proceed. One can't help but wonder if this is intentional. There's no alternative contact option available. Even reaching a live agent seems impossible; when you call, a robot redirects you, saying, "You can write here." There's nothing to be done; even if it's a government institution, it doesn't miss billing opportunities.
