Umingle Instant Unban

This afternoon my Umingle account was suddenly banned and I was very disappointed with the way it was handled. When I tried to log in, I saw a message saying that my account was banned for being “under 18,” even though I am actually 20 years old. On the same screen there was also an “Instant Unban” option asking me to pay Rp39,900 for the ban to be removed. I never entered a fake age and I meet the age requirement, so I find it unfair that my account was banned and that I am being asked to pay to recover it. I believe this practice is misleading and harms users who have not done anything wrong. I request that my account be unbanned without any payment and that my correct age be recognized in the system. I also ask Umingle to review this ban and the “Instant Unban” payment requirement so that similar situations do not happen to other users.
