I request that the subscription linked to “NEBULAPLAN BILL CY” be immediately cancelled, that no further charges be made to my account, and that the 49.99 USD already taken be refunded to me. I also ask for clear written information about what this subscription is, how my details were obtained and under which contract or approval this payment was processed.
