Turkish Airlines Did Not Refund My €400
I signed up for a comprehensive Spain tour from September 3rd to September 9th. When I arrived at Istanbul Airport for the tour, I was not allowed to board the plane because Turkish Airlines had oversold tickets, and I was promised a refund of €400. They told me I would receive it in Madrid, but I didn't. Then they said I would get it in Turkey, but again, I didn't. Every office I went to told me there was no money and that I should try another branch. Not only were we denied boarding and left stranded, but we also didn't receive the promised €400. When I called customer service, they told me to fill out a form, which I did, but still, no money has been deposited. I demand that the €400 be transferred to my IBAN as soon as possible, that the necessary actions be taken regarding this issue, and that our refund be processed to resolve our grievance. It has been 15 days, and I still haven't received my money. How many more times will we be left in distress? These grievances are not befitting of Turkish Airlines.
