Turkish Airlines Did Not Assist Me About My Cat During Flight
On 23.09.2023, I purchased a ticket from Turkish Airlines. On 22.08.2023, I adopted a stray cat and on the day I adopted it, I had a chip implanted and got a rabies vaccination.
Since the rabies vaccination had been done more than 30 days prior, it was accepted without any issues by Turkish Airlines. However, they told me that I needed to get all of the cat's vaccinations done. I consulted with a veterinarian who informed me that it is not possible to complete all vaccinations within a month, and at most, three vaccinations including rabies could be done.
When I spoke with Turkish Airlines customer service, I received a negative response. I provided feedback and again received a negative response. Now, what am I supposed to do with the cat? I am moving permanently and I have to take the cat with me because I adopted it and had a chip implanted. We cannot travel by bus due to the long distance. There must be a solution to this.
