Turkish Airlines' Deceptive Discount for Disabled Passengers

I am very upset about how Turkish Airlines treats people with disabilities. Their so-called "20% discount" is nothing more than a misleading and failing campaign. They make the process hard on purpose to get you to call customer service, where they expect you to pay extra fees even though you were promised a discount. This is a ridiculous service that I never expected to get from Turkish Airlines. You should be ashamed of yourself, Turkish Airlines, for taking advantage of people with disabilities and giving such bad customer service. This is not a good way to act, and it will hurt your reputation. Passengers with disabilities deserve honesty, respect, and the same treatment as everyone else.
