On 30.07.2023, it was delivered by my suitcase, which we delivered intact on the Van-Samsun flight, and they showed a document that we had already delivered it that way. I walked away just because I couldn't deal with the delayed shield limitations. The same suitcase was delivered after my Istanbul-Samsun trip on 20.08.2023, with the other wheels broken and crushed. Subject to the same treatment again. Never accept this time. I want to see if there's any proof that I've received the suitcase. These are simple treatments for a world brand like THY. Even though there was no one to address us in front of us, they said that there was nothing to do and they went out of their way.
