Turkish Airlines Damaged My Snowboard Bag

Hello,
During the Turkish Airlines Erzurum-Ankara flight, my snowboard bag was irreparably damaged by the airline. We paid a special handling fee for sports equipment to ensure safer transport.
Upon arriving in Ankara, we saw that my bag was damaged and a report was filed. Everything started after this report. Turkish Airlines first requested a certificate from an authorized service stating that it could not be repaired. Then, they asked for the purchase receipt. They made the process quite difficult. After 30 days, they accepted their fault and stated that the payment would be made within 6-10 business days. However, the payment was not made within 10 business days. When I sent a reminder email, they informed me that the matter was forwarded to the insurance company and that the payment would be made within 21 business days after approval.
The winter season is almost over and I don't have a snowboard bag. Turkish Airlines does not seem to be making any effort to rectify the situation.
I now prefer to choose other airlines whenever possible.
