Turkish Airlines Customer Issue with Economy Class Ticket
I purchased an economy class ticket, but due to your system, it was disrupted and shown as if I changed it myself. If I had such a right, why wasn't I allowed to make changes to the ticket I bought last month when I requested it? You know that changes are not allowed in economy class and that the ticket cannot be put on hold. You have no right to falsely claim that I changed my ticket myself. My ticket was disrupted because of you, and my daughter's appointment on January 10th had to be postponed because of you. You are the ones causing inconvenience to me as a customer and then falsely stating that I changed the ticket. If you investigate this ticket, you will find that it was canceled due to your system.
According to the regulations, you are entitled to flight compensation in the following situations: 1. If your flight is disrupted; 2. If your flight is to or from the EU; 3. If the disruption is due to the airline's fault.
I also have the right to sue you. As a company like THY, it is not appropriate for you to write false statements. It does not suit you.
