Turkish Airlines Charged Me Extra for Ski Baggage Despite Policy

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the additional charge I incurred for my ski baggage on a Turkish Airlines flight from Bosnia and Herzegovina to Istanbul Airport. As per the information provided on Turkish Airlines' website, you can bring one set of ski equipment with you on international flights without any additional charges until December 31, 2024.

But, when I went to check in for my flight, they informed me that I would need to pay an additional fee for my ski gear. I presented the agent with the policy on the website, but they insisted me to pay the fee. I'm really let down by how Turkish Airlines has dealt with this situation. I am a dedicated customer and I anticipate improved service from a company of your reputation. I want my money back for the additional charge I got.
