Turkish Airlines Charged Excessive Fee for Ticket Change

I had a round-trip flight with THY, departing from Istanbul to Cairo on November 1st and returning from Sharm El Sheikh to Istanbul on November 10th. We paid a total of ₺21,000. Due to my son contracting chickenpox, we wanted to postpone our tickets since he wouldn't be allowed on the plane under these conditions. We requested the same route for November 16th departure and November 26th return. A new ticket for this flight costs approximately ₺27,000. THY asked for an additional ₺11,000 per person on top of the amount we initially paid. We then requested a cancellation of the tickets. How can you demand three times the fee for a postponement due to reasons beyond our control? They are now offering a refund of around ₺4,000, which feels like a pittance. I am seeking your support for a full refund or assistance in getting new tickets by paying the difference.
