MoneyPay Shows a False Overdue Debt Despite No Outstanding Balance
I have been using the Colendi Bank credit facility offered through the Migros MoneyPay application, which allowed certain shopping amounts to be paid one month later. Even though I have always made my payments on time, the Migros MoneyPay app currently shows a debt of ₺2.944,27 to Migros Sanal Market as being 65 days overdue, and I keep receiving SMS messages about this delay. This situation is negatively affecting my credit score even though I do not actually have such an overdue debt. I learned that the cooperation between Colendi and Migros has ended, and I suspect that this problem stems from a technical error that occurred during this process. When I contacted customer service, I was told that there is no outstanding debt, but the overdue amount still appears in the MoneyPay application and the messages continue. I request that this technical error be urgently investigated, that the incorrect overdue record be completely removed from all systems, that my credit score be restored if it has been negatively affected, and that the SMS notifications regarding this non‑existent debt be stopped. I also ask to be informed in writing once the issue has been fully resolved.
