THY Business Class Service Only Serves Delays and Inconveniences

On July 5, 2024, I experienced significant delays at the business class counter at Samsun Carsamba Airport. My transaction could not be completed for at least 1.5 hours. The staff member kept calling for support but was unsuccessful. Another staff member then took over but also failed. When I criticized the situation, the second staff member left their post, saying 'I am not processing your transaction,' and threatened to call the police. All these incidents are recorded on the counter's video. At the end of the day, we were supposed to get an upgrade for two people; they barely managed to do one, but the second upgrade was not completed. When I finally sat in my seat, I realized that the second upgrade had not been processed, even though the seat was available. Such behavior damages the brand's reputation and credibility. I request that these staff members, who make threats like 'I will do this, I will do that, I will call the police,' be warned.
