Turkish Airlines Refund Issue for Over 3 Years


I was supposed to be refunded for my flight in 2022 july because there wasn't any place on the plane and they changed my flight. Since July, I've been expecting to have my money back and keep sending mail to Turkish Airlines to get but each time they're creating a new excuse and I can't get it. The refund document is valid for only 1 year and it has been already 9 months even though I sent all my bank account information either Turkish or Italian, they keep asking me for the same documents instead of paying me back. If you don't pay the refund then do not tell your customers that you will. Thanks.
