Fitify Refund Request After Annual Subscription Was Canceled Immediately

I purchased an annual subscription to the Fitify app on December 5, 2025, but I canceled the membership on the same day. Despite canceling it immediately, $16 was charged to my debit card as a lump-sum payment, and I have not received any refund.

I canceled the subscription through Google and also through my bank, but I could not find any clear information about the refund process either in the app or on Google’s side. Since I did not know how to proceed with the refund through the Fitify app or Google Play support, I was unable to submit a proper support request.

I request that the $16 payment for this annual membership, which was canceled on the same day, be refunded to me as soon as possible.
