My iPhone 15 Pro Was Stolen from Checked Luggage on Turkish Airlines Flight

My iPhone 15 Pro was stolen during my international Turkish Airlines flight to Ankara! I had placed it in my checked luggage, brand new and still sealed in its original box. Shockingly, someone at the airport opened my suitcase, removed the phone, and mockingly returned the empty box into my luggage. Such a theft couldn't have happened unnoticed—especially at X-ray screening. Initially, Turkish Airlines acknowledged the theft, provided an official report, and assured me they'd compensate my loss fully.

Yet, after ignoring my follow-ups for months, they suddenly replied two months later, without even reviewing the security footage, simply stating "It's not our responsibility." I’ve been forced to file a lawsuit, which is still ongoing.
