Language Barrier and Service Issues on Turkish Airlines Flight TK7301
Flight TK7301 from Kars to Sabiha Gökçen, with a connection to Hannover, Germany, departed at 11:15 AM. No breakfast was served on the Istanbul flight; only water was provided. Our flight TK7816 from Sabiha Gökçen was delayed from 7:20 AM to 12:40 PM on November 19. I purchased a ticket for Turkish Airlines' quality, but the Sabiha Gökçen-Hannover flight was changed to AnadoluJet, which is very cramped. I selected my seat at 11:00 AM, specifically choosing row 12, which is an exit row with no one behind me for more comfort. However, the space is very tight, and I cannot stretch my legs. Most importantly, there is no TV on the plane, so I won't be able to listen to or watch anything for 3 hours and 15 minutes. I bought a Turkish Airlines ticket solely for its quality. Hopefully, we won't be left with just water on the next flight.
