Issues with Turkish Airlines Ground Staff Behavior at Van Airport

I would like to highlight the unhelpful and distressing behavior of Celebi ground staff serving Turkish Airlines at Van Airport. The staff exhibited an unnecessary and problem-creating attitude, discouraging and frustrating passengers. When we expressed our concerns, a staff member from the adjacent counter escalated the situation by confronting us aggressively. Despite calling for a supervisor, we faced delays and unprofessionalism at the counter for half an hour. The responsible person, Mr. H**** I******, instead of calming the situation, increased the tension, negatively affecting other passengers as well. While my colleague tried to de-escalate the situation, the same Celebi staff member who had previously confronted us approached again and attacked my colleague. The intervention of the Airport Duty Officer helped control the situation, and it was stated that a report would be filed against the aggressive staff and that they would be warned against such behavior. It is evident that the supervisors are creating more problems instead of solving them. I believe the situation can be reviewed through camera recordings. Having traveled through numerous airports in different countries, I must say this is the worst and most problematic ground service I have ever encountered. I hope a resolution is reached, and no other passenger has to face such aggressive, uninformed, and problem-creating behavior again.
