I Was Unfairly Denied Boarding by Turkish Airlines
On 01.09.2023, I was at the airport for my Turkish Airlines Istanbul-Bodrum/Milas 07:45 flight by 07:15, the gate opening time. I have proof that I was at the airport by 07:26. Without any announcements, they took off the plane at 07:30. Despite my attempts to communicate and find a solution, they were unhelpful. They said they would check the camera recordings and claimed our entry time was 07:38. When we asked to see the footage, they refused and dismissed us. Even though we insisted on finding a solution, they were not cooperative at all. I wanted to buy a new ticket, but they rudely told us we couldn't and pushed us away. The money I spent on the tickets and my hotel reservation all went to waste. The photo shows the date and time proving I was at the airport. They claim the last person entered at 07:28, but I was already at the gate waiting for my flight by that time.
