On November 24, 2023, I arrived at the airport on time for my 08:20 Istanbul-Podgorica flight. I had the right to board the flight until 20 minutes before the departure time. At 07:50, I was at the gate, but it was already closed. Despite informing them that I had the right to board due to the time, I was told the gate was closed, and I was not allowed to board. As shown in the attached photo, I was still in front of the gate at 07:57. Despite repeatedly providing feedback to Turkish Airlines, I continuously received responses that did not reflect the truth, as you can see below. Below, you can clearly see the response given to me and the photo showing the gate closed at 07:57. I demand compensation for the financial and emotional damages I have suffered.
