I Was Denied Ticket Purchase and Dismissed Inquiry by Turkish Airlines

Hello, today I visited the Turkish Airlines agency in Lalapasa, Erzurum to purchase a ticket. When I expressed my intention to buy a ticket, I was met with a dismissive attitude, being told to check online instead. I am genuinely shocked and do not wish for such individuals to work at Turkish Airlines agencies. If I didn't know better, I would think I had been rude first, but I was met with this kind of reaction. The agent outright said they couldn't help me and tried to block my way. If you can't provide such a service, don't open an agency, and we won't seek services from you. I am not obligated to buy from you, yet you provoke me with such a tone, hurting people's pride and dignity. I want to address the authorities specifically and request appropriate actions be taken. I am truly baffled. What do you mean by saying you can't provide such a service? I didn't even ask you to write anything down for me. As I tried to assert myself, the agent continued to respond rudely, saying that people like me come in for information and that they handle things online. I am not obligated to buy from you. You have opened a service, and I am here to get information from you. I was going to provide my details, but I decided not to due to the agent's rude behavior. I am very upset and will not recommend this agency or institution to anyone. If you are watching, be ashamed of your behavior. You cannot take out your frustrations with previous rude customers on innocent people like me. I want to explain the rest of the incident. We had bought tickets online for my sister who is abroad and went to the agency to arrange the return. When I mentioned arranging the return, the agent started responding dismissively again. Whoever listens to this should put their hand on their heart. Don't I have the right to arrange my return ticket at the agency as a citizen? I don't know what they were thinking. The agent claimed to have overheard my previous conversation, which they have no right to do. I treated you with utmost respect, and if there are camera recordings, they should be reviewed. I did not disrespect you in any way, but you were extremely rude to me. Your behavior negatively impacts the reputation of institutions like Sun Express, Turkish Airlines, and Anadolu Jet. You lower their quality with your actions. I am filing a complaint against you and hope you face consequences for your behavior. You have been extremely rude, and I am very angry.
