I purchased airline tickets from Turkish Airlines for flights on May 2, 2026, for the routes Istanbul (IST) – Erzincan (ERC) and Erzincan (ERC) – Istanbul (IST), under reservation PNR number RA7JQL, as a family of four with the same last name. The total cost was approximately $500. During the purchase process, it was stated that a family discount would be applied automatically, and I completed the transaction based on this information.
However, after completing the payment, I noticed that no family discount had been applied to the ticket price. I later learned that a separate code needed to be entered to receive the discount, but during the booking process, there was no clear warning or visible explanation of this requirement or the campaign terms.
I specifically chose Turkish Airlines over Pegasus, even though Pegasus offered more affordable tickets, because I believed I would benefit from the family discount. Additionally, the tickets I purchased are non-refundable. Based on the information shown during the purchase, I believe I am entitled to benefit from this campaign. Therefore, I request that a 15% family discount be applied to my reservation and reflected in my ticket price to resolve this issue. Otherwise, I request that my tickets be canceled without any penalty and that a full refund be issued.
