I Experienced Inconvenience Because Turkish Airlines Diverted Ordu-Giresun Flight to Samsun

I purchased a ticket for the THY flight with PNR code VZMZ67. The flight was scheduled for departure from Istanbul at 09:10 on Saturday, March 9, and arrival in Giresun at 10:55 the same day. The plane took off as planned. However, due to fog, the plane missed the airport twice during landing attempts. This process took a considerable amount of time. Eventually, we landed at Samsun Carsamba Airport. After landing, while we were expecting a vehicle to take us to Giresun, the pilot announced that we would take off again after a while. However, there were planes that landed just before and after us. I did not prefer to wait for hours on the plane and take off again after missing the airport twice. It was announced that passengers without luggage could disembark. After disembarking, I saw that no transportation arrangements had been made. I reached Giresun using a taxi and bus at my own expense. During this process, I did not receive any information, assistance, etc. I am awaiting a response from Turkish Airlines to address my inconvenience. What happened was not befitting of Turkish Airlines.
