Turkcell's Unfair Data Consumption and Poor Customer Service

I was already fed up with Turkcell's excessive data usage, but this month they managed to make everything even worse. Despite having a social media package, it consumed my regular data and exhausted it. Since I work on my computer, I bought a hotspot package for myself. To use it on my phone, I used my accumulated points on Paycell to buy a weekly 5 GB internet package, hoping it would last me at least a week. While sharing the internet with my computer, it consumed my weekly 5 GB package again, despite having a hotspot package. I called customer service, and they mockingly said, "There's no issue, the system prioritizes this already." If you're going to prioritize it, why am I paying extra for a hotspot package? Your package prices are already skyrocketing, and when I find a workaround until my package renews, you ruin that too. I've been using Turkcell for years, and compared to other operators, you don't offer anything extraordinary, yet you charge two to three times the price, showing data usage we didn't even consume. I'm fed up with you; I plan to get rid of you as soon as my contract ends. I don't recommend you to anyone.
