Turkcell Refuses to Resume Services to Netgsm Despite BTK Ruling in Their Favor
Turkcell terminated its agreement with Netgsm and, when Netgsm attempted to renew it, Turkcell demanded an unreasonably high fee. Netgsm then appealed to the BTK (Information and Communication Technologies Authority), which ruled in favor of Netgsm. Despite this decision, Turkcell continues to refuse to provide services to Netgsm, leaving customers in a difficult position. The responsibility for this situation lies entirely with Turkcell. Even though BTK, one of the highest authorities in telecommunications, ruled against Turkcell's excessive pricing, Turkcell has ignored the ruling and refuses to resume its services to Netgsm, acting as though it is above the law. I am filing a complaint about this issue and kindly request that it be forwarded to the relevant authorities to resolve the grievances caused by Turkcell’s actions.
