Turkcell Charged Me ₺1813 After Line Transfer and Refused to Cancel the Bill
My contract with Turkcell was about to expire in August 2024, so I just switched carriers. Unfairly, I was surprised to see a substantial cost of ₺1813. Turkcell was notified of my intention to complain with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and, if required, to pursue legal action. I felt let down and ignored when they told me it couldn't be done to cancel the charge, even though I asked them to do so. Turkcell was uninterested in fixing the problem, even if my request was legitimate. It's disheartening that my complaints are being treated in this manner, especially after being a devoted customer. No matter how long it takes, I will not stop until this issue is resolved fairly through the judicial system.
