Turkcell Blocked My Netgsm Line and Left Me Without Service

I just changed my mobile service to Netgsm, and since November 5, 2024, I haven't been able to use my phone because Turkcell is blocking access to the base stations for Netgsm users. This goes against the BTK Board Decision, which clearly states that access shouldn't be limited. Even though there's an official decision, Turkcell still hasn't turned on my mobile access, which means I'm stuck without service. I want Turkcell to follow the BTK decision and bring back access right away. It's annoying that my line is still not working because Turkcell won't follow the rules set by the regulators. Please, Turkcell, I need you to lift this blockage and get my line working again as soon as possible.

What do you mean by "the shortest time"? You automatically respond after 1 minute, but it's been 5-6 days with no reply. Even if months pass, I don't think there will be a positive response, unfortunately, I have lost hope. I am currently in a difficult situation; my phone is off, callers cannot reach me, and I cannot call anyone. If there is an emergency, know that Turkcell is the reason.

You said you would get back to me as soon as possible; what do you mean by "as soon as possible"? Do you think that by writing an automatic general response, you are addressing complaints? Or are you just playing with statistics? Please don't do this; I don't think it suits you.
