Turkcell Renewed My Contract With Double the Price Without My Knowledge

After my contract expired, Turkcell renewed it without notifying me, implementing a substantial price increase without my consent. I only discovered the renewal after noticing a significant change in my bill, which left me feeling misled and exploited. Despite reaching out to customer service, I received vague and unhelpful responses that offered no real solution. This is not the first instance of such practices, as I have previously encountered similar tactics intended to entrap customers legally. It’s deeply concerning that such a large telecom provider continues to operate with seemingly no accountability. I urge the government to take legal action against this company.
