Turkcell False Advertising Scam

I have been experiencing some issues with Turkcell's campaigns. The campaigns are being terminated prematurely, and when I try to switch to them, I get the message "This package is not available to you." I have never encountered this issue before.
Additionally, when I try to take advantage of another campaign, I am told "This campaign is not compatible with your plan." When I try to contact customer service to file a complaint, they only offer to create a ticket.
Even when a ticket is created, it is simply recorded as customer dissatisfaction, and no further action is taken. The intervention of specialists seems to be arbitrary and most of the time no response is provided.
I am also facing an issue with the fact that Turkcell increases its tariffs before the date set by BTK, and then removes the increased tariffs and advantageous packages after receiving complaints.
It is becoming increasingly difficult to reach customer service and receive a satisfactory response. I have observed that other customers are using more advantageous packages, and when I report this to customer service, I do not receive any response.
Until these issues are resolved, I am unfortunately forced to express that I am having a negative experience.

Instead of learning from its mistakes, it directs people to these kinds of complaint sites to seek solutions. Where is your complaint panel and unit? Where is your solution-oriented approach?
