Turkcell Raised My 20 GB Social Media Plan Unfairly While Others Pay Less
Two years ago, I started with a 20 GB + 20 GB social media plan for ₺200, which was increased to ₺440 in the second year, and now as my contract is about to expire this year, I was offered a price of ₺660. Despite repeatedly explaining that I was abroad, unable to make changes, and requesting a discount, no action was taken. While new customers are offered 30 GB + 30 GB social media for ₺500, I was given 20+20 GB for ₺660. I had moved my number to postpaid through online chat, but once I return, the first thing I will do is transfer my number out of Turkcell and never come back. This is nothing but a disgrace.
