Turkcell Signal and Internet Issues Disrupt Daily Use

For approximately six months, I have not been able to properly use my Turkcell personal mobile line in Kurbanlı Neighborhood, Tarsus Organized Industrial Zone, Tarsus district of Mersin. In this area, there is little to no signal, and mobile internet is almost completely unavailable. We cannot make phone calls, receive calls, or use mobile data at all. This issue is not limited to my line; everyone in the area experiences the same problem.

We have repeatedly contacted Turkcell, both as individual users and as businesses, and multiple service records have been created, yet no concrete action has been taken and no permanent solution has been provided. Despite this, Turkcell continues to issue monthly bills for communication services that are either not usable or not provided at all.

I do not accept being forced to pay for a non-functioning network and unusable internet service on my line (0541 *** ** 54). I request that Turkcell urgently resolve the chronic signal and mobile internet issues in the Tarsus Organized Industrial Zone and Kurbanlı Neighborhood, and that discounts or refunds be applied to our bills for the period during which we were unable to properly use the service. I expect this ongoing problem to finally be taken seriously and for a concrete, lasting solution to be implemented.
