I am a Turkcell mobile line user residing at the address Balıkesir. For about a week, the signal strength in this area has become extremely weak. Inside my home and in the immediate surroundings, my phone calls either do not take place in a stable way or are frequently cut off. Mobile internet most of the time does not connect at all, and even when it does, it is only usable at very low speeds. This situation seriously disrupts my daily communication and my work. I contacted Turkcell customer service about this issue, and a request record was created, but the problem still continues in the same way. I kindly request that the base station or infrastructure serving this region be strengthened and that the coverage problem at my address be permanently resolved from a technical standpoint. If this issue cannot be resolved in a short time, I will have to consider moving my line to another operator.
