Turkcell Consumed My 60 GB Internet Package in Just 13 Days Without Use

I have been a Turkcell postpaid customer for about a year, and although I have a 60 GB internet package, it runs out very quickly. In recent months, my data has been completely consumed within just 13 days. Yet during the day, I use my company’s internet at work and my own Wi-Fi at home. Even the bonus data I win from Salla Kazan appears to be used up within a few hours, despite not using it. My mother is a Vodafone customer, and her 10 GB package lasts her an entire month, which makes me believe this issue with Turkcell is company-related. Just yesterday, 7 GB from my renewed package was consumed in a single day without my usage, leaving me victimized again. Every month, I am forced to buy extra packages, and my bill nearly doubles. I deeply regret this and am considering closing my line and switching to another operator as soon as possible. Despite contacting customer service many times, no solution has been offered. I live in İzmir Çiğli, and this problem persists constantly. I demand that my grievance be resolved and that I be provided with a detailed usage report.
