Turkcell Didn’t Provide 128K SIM Card After Mobile Signature Application

I applied for Turkcell Mobile Signature, and I was given two options: pick it up from the store or have it delivered by courier. To speed up the process, I chose to pick it up from the store. I visited all the branches in Kahramanmaraş, but none of them had a 128K SIM card. They said only three cards arrive when they do, and they run out immediately. Later, I applied again and chose to have it delivered by courier this time. I entered my address and information, and confirmed the message stating "The SIM card fee will be reflected on your bill." The notifications I received said, "Your SIM card will be delivered by your courier," but there was no tracking code or a clear delivery time. I then called customer service for more information, but they told me that this service no longer exists, and the courier delivery option has been removed. They insisted that I had applied for a Mobile Signature, not for a SIM card. I tried to explain to them what I meant by applying individually. Why is your service this complicated? I go to the store, they refer me to customer service; I call customer service, and they send me back to the store. They say the application can only be done through the store, but when I go, they say, "If the SIM card arrives, we can give it to you." There's no application process. You're practically forcing your customers to turn to other companies.
