Turkcell Is Asking for Payment Even Though I Haven't Used Any Data!

Between 01.08.2025 and 09.08.2025, I was in Naples, Italy, and Zagreb, Croatia. During this period, I used an eSIM instead of my Turkcell postpaid line (05366307***), yet Turkcell claims my line received a signal for 4 days with a very low data usage of about 0.2 MB per day and charged me an additional ₺1400. I did not actively use my line during this time, and my bill, which should have been ₺600, exceeded ₺2000 with these extra charges. I have been a Turkcell customer for 25 years, and being billed for a service I did not use has caused me significant inconvenience. I contacted customer service, but no solution was offered—only that I could close my line by paying a fee due to my contract, with no other right to dispute. I request my bill to be reviewed and the excessive charges for the minimal alleged data usage, along with the inflated total amount, to be canceled.

I also called you 4 times trying to get an answer, but none of your employees know what to say during the call or are aware of the situation. They said they left a note to call me back, but no one has called me about the issue for a week. If it's not too much trouble, please call me again so I can know the outcome.
