Turkcell Charged Me for International SMS I Never Sent

On October 16, 2025, at 22:43, a 4₺ international SMS fee was charged to my bill, even though no such message was sent from my line. I use a postpaid line, and the charge is shown as related to the number 097150923******. This fee appears on my October 2025 bill. When I contacted Turkcell customer service, they told me the charge was a donation to Palestine. However, I never made such a transaction. The representative suggested that someone else might have sent an SMS from my phone or that I sent it and forgot. I clearly stated that there was no such message in my SMS history, yet I was told that I might have deleted it or someone else might have sent and deleted it before I noticed. I absolutely did not send any message, and I have never experienced such an issue before. It is unacceptable to have a fee added to my bill without my knowledge. I request a detailed explanation of how this transaction occurred and clear information on the matter. I also wish to state that I will cancel my subscription following this incident.
