On October 16, 2025, at 22:43, a 4₺ international SMS fee was charged to my bill, even though no such message was sent f...rom my line. I use a postpaid line, and the charge is shown as related to the number 097150923******. This fee appears on my October 2025 bill. When I contacted Turkcell customer s
