Turkcell Charged Me for 4 Days of International Usage Due to Signal Without Actual Use

Hello, I was abroad between 07.09.2024 and 11.09.2024, and I am using the Turkcell operator. Every time I travel abroad, although my line is active, the daily international usage fee has not been applied. This time, I created an e-SIM and purchased internet through an app store. For this reason, I occasionally turned off my Turkcell line and activated the other line. When I turned off the other line, my Turkcell line automatically regained signal. Upon reviewing my usage details, I saw that I was charged for a total of 4 days, amounting to ₺250 each day, solely because of this signal. When I called customer service, they said they could only deduct the charge once because the system does not allow further adjustments. They did not direct me to a different department to address this issue through email. My usage details are attached, and there was no actual usage, only minimal kilobytes being recorded.
