Turkcell Signal Issues Block My Calls and Internet Access in City Center
I’m totally drained from dealing with all these complaints. Since I made the switch to Turkcell, I've been dealing with nonstop connectivity problems. My phone's signal is practically non-existent, making it hard for anyone to get in touch. And when they finally do, the call quality is awful—my voice just doesn't make it through. Additionally, there’s absolutely no internet connection at all. I work in a government office, and we depend a lot on messaging apps like WhatsApp to share important documents. Unfortunately, I can't send even one file because the internet service is terrible. Still, Turkcell confidently claims to provide “the best coverage.” It's disappointing to notice that, even in the heart of Ankara, Turkcell's network isn't up to par. It turns out I'm not the only one—my colleagues using Turkcell are dealing with the same problems.
It's been 10 days, and you still haven't finished the review, supposedly the company with the best reception.
I filed this complaint on November 1st, and it's been almost a month. They neither called nor offered a solution. We are in a difficult situation, and you don't seem to care.
