For the past six months, my phone hasn’t had any signal anywhere—neither at home nor outside—even though I’m in the heart of Istanbul and using Turkcell. I suspect something happened to a nearby cell tower and it hasn’t been replaced since. Everyone I talk to is experiencing the same issue. It’s incredibly frustrating not to be able to make or receive important calls in such a central location. Sometimes even emergency services can’t be reached, which makes the situation even more dangerous. Despite numerous complaints, including many from people around me, Turkcell has done absolutely nothing. There’s been no improvement, no communication, and no sign that they’re addressing the problem.
