Turkcell Fails to Activate My Mobile Signature Service After Payment
I purchased a mobile signature package from Turkcell, obtained the necessary SIM card, and completed my payment. I was assured by a customer service representative that I would be contacted shortly to activate my mobile signature service. However, seven days have passed, and there has been no action taken. Turkcell customer service initially processed my request, but once the payment was made, they stopped providing support. It feels like Turkcell is more focused on collecting payments than delivering the promised service. This has caused me significant inconvenience. I strongly advise anyone considering Turkcell's mobile signature service to explore other providers. Turkcell has been a major disappointment!
