Turkcell Failed to Activate My Line Leaving Me Without Service
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Turkcell concerning the migration of my Vodafone line. My Vodafone line was closed on December 5th, yet Turkcell has not activated my new line even after two days. This resulted in my mobile line being non-functional, leading to considerable hassle. I couldn't make or receive calls, access the internet, or use important services linked to my phone number. Even after contacting support, there was no effective response to address the issue promptly. I anticipated a more seamless and dependable transition process from a leading telecom provider such as Turkcell. The lack of service resulting from their inaction has led to unwarranted stress and disruption. I strongly encourage Turkcell to step up and promptly activate my line without any more delays.
