Turkcell Mobile Signature Delay Causing Work Disruption

At the beginning of September, I applied for mobile signature service from Turkcell and paid ₺160 with the SIM card change. The branch told me that the service would be active within 72 hours at the latest. However, even though 3 weeks have passed, my mobile signature service is still not turned on. During this process, I called customer service many times, and each time I was told that I would be called back, but no one called back. Due to this delay, my work was disrupted and I could not send the documents I needed to submit on time. In my research, I saw that many people had the same problem. I hereby inform you that the service must be activated immediately and that Turkcell is legally responsible for any delays caused by my inability to use mobile signature. I request that my problem be resolved immediately.
