Turkcell E-SIM Activation Delay Issue



On June 14, 2024, I went ahead and submitted my application on the Turkcell online services website to transfer my phone number 0532 3XX XX X3 to Turkcell. I also requested to activate it using an e-SIM card. Unfortunately, I haven't received any update or notification from Turkcell regarding my request. Even though I've been trying to resolve this issue urgently by contacting customer service and visiting nearby Turkcell stores, my line is still inactive. They advertise themselves as providers of technology services, but my experience with them has been quite underwhelming.
