Turkcell Charged Me a Cancellation Fee Despite Leaving Within 30 Days

I started using a Turkcell line with the number 507 *****69 on February 27, 2025, but I wasn’t satisfied with the call quality or internet performance. I paid my bill of ₺106 on March 18, 2025. When I told the representative at the store that I wasn’t getting good service, they said I could switch to another operator. I asked if there would be a penalty, and they said there wouldn’t be since it hadn’t been 30 days. So, I switched my line to Türk Telekom, and it started working smoothly on March 21. However, on the same day, I received a notification from Turkcell stating I owed ₺604.58, due by April 9, 2025. Since I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee tomorrow, I kindly request that the unfair cancellation fee be waived and that I be informed only of the cost for the 11 days of usage.
