Turkcell Charged Me for Internet I Didn’t Use Despite Having a 30 GB Package

Hello, I called Turkcell customer service many times today but it could not be resolved in any way. My 30 GB internet package that was renewed on December 10th seems to have run out today for unknown reasons, an excess package was added to it again without my knowledge. They said it was night internet usage but I wasn't even using the phone at that time, they said there was a phone backup but the backup was not complete. I have been suffering all day due to a mistake made by Turkcell and you will appreciate that I ask for it to be resolved quickly. Currently, my internet package has run out and an extra fee has been reflected on next month's bill (they want me to pay ₺980 while my bill is ₺550). After reflecting on the fee, they told me about the Smart bill. They defined a Smart bill to stop the excess but since I still don't have enough internet, I am completely suffering and I can't work. I haven't heard back for hours. Then they said let's give 4 GB as a gift, as if they were mocking me. Thank you.
