Turkcell Asked Me for an Interim Payment Without Notice

Turkcell has introduced a new practice called “interim payment” and backed it with a legal provision. Dear Turkcell representatives, it feels as though instead of trying to retain loyal customers—like those who switched to you from other operators in the past and have brought you significant revenue—you’ve assembled a team just to alienate us. I personally have three postpaid lines, one prepaid line, and a Superonline home internet subscription, all registered to a single person and address, generating considerable revenue for you. Yet, despite this, you're demanding an extra ₺200 under the label of “interim payment,” on top of my already high ₺643 bill. It feels like you're rushing to collect money as if you're afraid I won't be able to pay. I urge you to prioritize customer satisfaction instead of spending millions on advertising.
