Turkcell Overcharges Again

Each month, I receive payments from the Turkcell operator that are higher than my bill amount. I've reached out to customer service several times, clearly stating that I have not gone over any limits or made any extra purchases. Regardless of my objections, they insist on blaming me for lies, continuously deceiving customers. Over the past 4 months, I've been consistently overpaying my bill by ₺200 every time. It's not just me; I've heard similar grievances from my relatives. It appears that this is a widespread problem among various operators, and Turkcell does not seem to offer any resolutions. This company is misleading individuals.
