Hello. I reside in the AFAD TOKİ residences in the Abazlı neighborhood of Bala district, Ankara. Previously, I used Türk Telekom, but due to poor reception, I switched to Turkcell. Unfortunately, Turkcell's signal is even worse, and the reception issue persists. I have lodged numerous complaints in the past, but no response or action has been taken. We live in the age of technology, yet our phones have no signal, making it impossible to communicate and stay connected. Despite Turkcell's advertisements boasting about signal strength, there is no network coverage in Ankara's neighborhoods. Our neighborhood is suffering. Additionally, I work from home as a software developer, and this situation greatly affects me. I kindly request that necessary actions be taken, such as installing a new base station or enhancing the power of the existing one.
