Turkcell Twin SIM Product Is Unavailable in Stores - Customer Service Is No Help


I have visited six different Turkcell stores in the Büyükçekmece and Beylikdüzü districts of Istanbul over the past week to obtain the twin SIM card service promoted on Turkcell’s official website. However, every store informed me that they do not have twin SIM cards available, and as a result, I was unable to access the service. I also contacted Turkcell customer service regarding this issue, but I was only redirected back to the stores and no official complaint record was created. The store representatives stated that they simply do not have the SIM cards in stock because Turkcell has not supplied them. Since Turkcell promotes this service on its website, I purchased a second phone specifically to use with the twin SIM card. Unfortunately, because I have been unable to obtain one, I cannot use my new device and this is directly causing disruptions to my work. Neither the customer service team nor the stores have provided me with any solution. Therefore, I urgently request that Turkcell supply me with a twin SIM card without further delay and take the necessary steps to resolve this issue and remedy the inconvenience I have experienced.
